Our managed print program has no minimum number of copies that have to be printed every month. If you wish, other office printers that you already have could be added onto the program. Brands such as Xerox, HP, Lexmark and Brother. You get a great Portal that you can log into from any computer to see the level of ink, order cartridges, place service calls, etc. for all your printers. A small XDA app needs to be installed on a PC for monitoring.

Please note that while the cost per page in a managed print program is important, there are other factors that can affect total price and how well the program works. Please note the following aspects of the Datanetics/Xerox XPPS Managed print program:
No penalties for minimum number of pages
Some programs charge a penalty when the customer does not print a Minimum # of copies per month. Our program charges no penalties EVEN if no copies are printed in a month.
11 x 17 printed sheet is considered one page
Other programs treat an 11 x 17 sheet as two printed pages. Our program bills only one page.
We can include many makes and models
Our program can ALSO include other brands and models of printers that you already have in your fleet to the cost per page plan. Various models of Xerox, HP, Lexmark and Brother can be included. Most other programs can only put the brand that they are selling you under a cost per page program, and often they can only put a brand new printer under their program.
User has a nice Login Portal to manage the printers
Our program includes a login portal, accessible from any device to manage your printers. You can observe supply levels, place orders for toner, place a service call, etc., all through the easily accessible Portal.
